3. Quotes and Estimates

4. Contracts and Agreements

5. Payment Terms

6. Project Timeline

7. Change Orders

- Subject to additional costs and potential timeline adjustments
8. Warranties
We provide:
- A one-year workmanship warranty on all new construction
- Manufacturer warranties on materials and equipment (terms vary by product)
- Warranty coverage as specified in your construction contract
Warranties do not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by client misuse or neglect
- Modifications made by others after project completion
- Acts of nature or force majeure events
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate property information and access
- Obtaining necessary easements or rights of way
- Making timely decisions on selections and approvals
- Maintaining insurance on the property during construction
- Complying with payment terms
- Notifying us promptly of any concerns or issues
10. Permits and Compliance
We will obtain necessary building permits as part of our services. However:
- Clients are responsible for any special permits or approvals (HOA, historical district, etc.)
- Permit fees are typically the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed
- We comply with all applicable building codes and regulations
- Final inspections and certificates of occupancy are subject to local authority approval
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to the contract price of the specific project
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Claims must be made within the warranty period or statute of limitations
- We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations
