5. Payment Terms

8. Warranties

We provide:

• A one-year workmanship warranty on all new construction
• Manufacturer warranties on materials and equipment (terms vary by product)
• Warranty coverage as specified in your construction contract

Warranties do not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by client misuse or neglect
• Modifications made by others after project completion
• Acts of nature or force majeure events

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate property information and access
• Obtaining necessary easements or rights of way
• Making timely decisions on selections and approvals
• Maintaining insurance on the property during construction
• Complying with payment terms
• Notifying us promptly of any concerns or issues

10. Permits and Compliance

We will obtain necessary building permits as part of our services. However:

• Clients are responsible for any special permits or approvals (HOA, historical district, etc.)
• Permit fees are typically the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed
• We comply with all applicable building codes and regulations
• Final inspections and certificates of occupancy are subject to local authority approval

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the contract price of the specific project
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Claims must be made within the warranty period or statute of limitations
• We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations
